1. SMS Consent Communication

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to our pool service and repair operations. These may include, but are not limited to: 

1. Service Reminders & Confirmations – Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.
2. Service Updates – Notifications regarding your technician’s arrival/departure, status of repairs, and rescheduled service days due to inclement weather.
3. Billing & Payment Alerts – Invoices, overdue payment reminders, and payment confirmations.
4. Promotional Offers & Discounts – Exclusive deals, seasonal promotions, and referral rewards.
5. Emergency Service Notifications – Alerts for urgent service availability, storm preparation tips, and pool safety reminders.
6. Customer Support & Feedback Requests – Follow-up messages, customer satisfaction surveys, and support-related communications.
7. Maintenance Tips & Seasonal Reminders – Helpful pool care advice, seasonal opening/closing reminders, and chemical balance tips.
8. General Notifications – Holiday reminders, company announcements, and other relevant updates.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.  For example, you may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, billing, or promotional offers. 

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. 

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Dad’s Pool Service in the following way:

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving texts:

• Reply "STOP" to any message from us.
• Contact our customer support at 833-342-5323 or email us at support@dadspoolservice.com to request removal.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications except for messages related to active service requests or urgent account matters.
